HOW ARE THE MEALS DELIVERED? All orders will be delivered in a sealed polystyrene insulated box, right to your door.
DELIVERY CHARGES: Our delivery charge is $7.00 (including GST) within our 6km.delivery area. Additional kilometers are charged at a rate of $1.00 per. Should you require anout of town delivery or an urgent delivery please contact us at 250-427-8646 and we can work out the arrangements. Addditional $2.00 charge for delivery from anywhere not advertised on our website and also a $2.00 delivery charge on every case or bottle of liquor delivered. Prices are all inclusive...except deliver charge + gratuities.

SHOULD I TIP, AND HOW MUCH? Drivers work largely for tips, so gratituities are appreciated. Our drivers are focused solely on your food and your order for 20-45 minutes, while adding wear and tear on their vehicles--that's a lot of attention, even though you can't see most of it. A standard tip for good, friendly service would be 15-20% of the food total.
HOW CAN I PAY? Pay by cash, Visa, or Mastercard. Drivers carry no more than $20 in change. No personal checks, please.
DELIVERY TIME: A welcome light on the front of your house and a tip when deserved are very appreciated. You will see us in about 30 - 60 minutes. Please allow extra time for Fri. and Sat. nights, peak traffic times, and particularly long runs .Don't forget the weather! Be assured that your food doesn’t just sit there, wilting under the heat lamps. We won’t give the order to the restaurant until we have a driver on the way to pick it up.
CAN I ORDER FROM MORE THAN ONE RESTAURANT? You may order from more than one restaurant, though the delivery charge is assessed per restaurant. The minimum order is still $20 per restaurant and the delivery time will probably be longer. It is not possible to order from restaurants online--please call to place a restaurant order. We recommend you don't order from more than two (2) restaurants to ensure freshness of the food.
